Theatre always needs the effective teamwork of those who are involved. Working with amateurs therefore always contains a very strong social component. For a successful theatre project, certain rules must be created and maintained. Arrangements must be valid between the participants and the director/ so that trust can be established that compiles every aspect of the production. A smart manager identifies the specific group dynamic within the ensemble and also acknowledges the experience of intermittent failure. A good teacher will eventually, and this is especially true in children with social disadvantage, strengthen their social skills and compensate possible shortcomings.
